[C] Martin Madrazo | Cartel boss whose house became an involuntary donation center. His wife Patricia briefly experienced Stockholm syndrome's weird cousin: actually preferring Trevor to her husband.

[B] MC Clip | Rapper whose creativity peaked with his stage name. His feuds are less "East Coast vs West Coast" and more "my mom's basement vs your mom's garage."

[D] Solomon Richards | Movie producer who makes Michael's film dreams come true, proving that midlife crises can occasionally be productive. His films are terrible but his assistant problems are worse.

[A] Michelle | Minor character who proves that even background NPCs in Los Santos have more personality than main characters in other games. Her three lines of dialogue sparked countless fan theories.

[C] Boonie | Obscure enough that finding him feels like discovering an Easter egg that forgot it was supposed to be hidden. His contribution to the story remains a mystery, even to himself.

[B] Tanisha | Franklin's ex who got out of the hood the smart way: by not dating Franklin. Her wedding represents the road not taken, complete with better life choices and fewer explosions.

[D] Jock Cranley | Conservative politician whose campaign promises are somehow less realistic than Trevor's business plans. His commercials make Simeon's look like Oscar-worthy productions.

[B] Miranda Cowan | Vinewood Hills resident whose problems are so first-world they're practically zeroth-world. She makes the Real Housewives look like documentary subjects.

[B] Rocco Pelosi | Solomon's assistant who learned that stealing from movie producers works better in movies. His career trajectory went from Hollywood to shallow grave faster than a Marvel reboot.

[D] Sue Murry | Reality show star whose fame makes the Kardashians look overqualified. Her show's ratings are lower than Trevor's hygiene standards.

[D] Chico | Gang member whose screen time is shorter than loading screens on last-gen consoles. Still manages to be more memorable than half the celebrities in Vinewood.

[C] Floyd Hebert | Apartment owner who learned that "mi casa es su casa" doesn't apply when Trevor's involved. His relationship with Debra ended exactly how everyone except Floyd saw coming.

[A] Spider | Drug dealer who makes Trevor look like a stable business partner. His customer service reviews would be interesting if any customers survived long enough to write them.

[C] Patricia Madrazo | Only person to domesticate Trevor, albeit temporarily. Her cooking apparently compensates for being married to a cartel boss, which says everything about her culinary skills.

[A] U.L. Paper | Government spook whose actual name is classified along with his personality. Makes the FIB look transparent, which is like making Trevor look stable.

[A] Duane Earl | Bail bonds target who probably should've stayed in jail for his own safety. His life expectancy drops faster than frame rates on busy servers.

[C] Brad Snider | Plot device disguised as a character, literally buried in the narrative. His absence drives more story than most characters' presence.

[A] Paige Harris | Hacker who charges premium but actually delivers, making her rarer than a peaceful day in Los Santos. Her skills justify her rates, unlike everyone else claiming to be "the best."

[A] Stretch | Gang leader whose betrayals are so predictable, NPCs probably bet on them. His character development goes from untrustworthy to very untrustworthy.
